The Celebrity Crunch Class Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of the Kellogg Company and their immediate family members are not allowed to enter.

- Non-winning First Prize Sweepstakes entries will be automatically rolled over into subsequent First Prize Sweepstakes drawings. Additionally, all eligible First Prize Sweepstakes entries received during the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Period will be automatically entered into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes drawing
