Cracker Barrel Survey Sweepstakes
Those who have dreamed of owning their very own Cracker Barrel rocker (yes the ones outside Cracker Barrel locations) should enter the Cracker Barrel Survey Sweepstakes. No purchase is required in order to enter and contestants can either enter via receipt invite or by US Mail.
Those who have a Cracker Barrel survey receipt can enter the sweepstakes using the tab below.
Contestants who would like to enter with promotion and win the rocker without making a purchase can write to: Cracker Barrel Survey Sweepstakes, PO Box 16500, Rochester, NY 14616. Please include the contestants name, complete address, age and phone number on a postcard and mail it via first-class mail.

- One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected each Survey Period during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for that Survey Period
- Winners will be notified by mail or phone
- Please allow up to 6 weeks for the prize to be delivered
Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at the time of entry (employees of Cracker Barrel are not allowed to enter the promotion)
