  1. The customer service has dropped tremendously low I get a text saying prescription is ready get to pharmacy and find out only 1 is done have to come back later for second one never had issues like this before maybe I will have to change phao

  2. I had a horrible experience getting a new prescription filled. I had a coupon from Singlecare for exclusive use at CVS. The pharmacist would not honor the coupon because it did not show in her system. However, she verify the existence of the coupon from the internet. This appears to me to be a classic case of bait and switch. I will be taking all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. CVS just lost a customer.

  3. It’s shocking how this company is run. Sickening really. All pharmacist judge you and refuse to fill pain medication that a doctor has prescribed for years for my condition. Every CVS has been told to say the same thing. We are can’t because you may tell your friends. What the heck, what friends, I’m trying to get a prescription filled that the drug companies made sure that, if I don’t, I will suffer horribly and then die a horrible death. I am a normal person! I am not a druggie trying to get high!!! I am now just trying to survive because of what the drug companies told doctors was all right to prescribe. Why are you now the drug police? You are killing people, but maybe that’s what CVS wants. PUBLICS IS GOOD! They have never given me a problem. So that is where I will go, PUBLIX even though you, CVS is closer to me!!! SHAME ON YOU CVS!!! CVS IS A BAD COMPANY!!! You have lost me as a customer and as a future shareholder. All of my friends who have private banking do not want to invest in a company such as yours and mind you, the knowledge is being past down.

  4. I had a great experience at Emeryville, California CVS today! Thanks to Roger, Grace and other staff. Keep up the fantastic job.

    Sincerely,
    Mertice Williams

  5. The service at the CVS located on Novato Blvd in Novato Ca is terrible. I was waited on by a clerk named Pascual. He was not only rude but would not put items in my shopping bag. I am physically handicapped and was made to stand in line twice because they did not have one of my wifes scrips ready. I plan to change pharmacies in the future

  6. I am simply attempting to leave positive comments about your CVS location at 1849 Lycoming Creek Road, Williamsport, PA 17701. Unfortunately, I keep being directed to a survey.

Regardless, I wanted to let you know that I made two different purchases while in the location. The first was at the pharmacy. April came from the pharmacy and was incredibly helpful, very friendly and courteous.

On my way out of the store I browsed and decided to pickup a number of items. Heidi was at the checkout and helped me to get my CVS number. I had forgotten the card and wasn’t sure which phone number it was listed under. She was patient and very kind and helpful.

Both April and Heidi are very good representatives for your company.

  7. Thanks to the staff at Starrett city 1346 Pennsylvania ave, especially Cornelly, who gave the best service possible on my last visit there. Cannot get on line to do the survey

  8. CVS has taken a turn for the worse Pharmacy! Whom ever is the Manager of this business is doing a
terrible job! The staff is great, the management is an idiot! You don’t have one cashier and 15 to 19 people in line waiting to make a purchase! This is on going, every day!

  9. The CVS store that I use is the one on 91st and Union Hills in Peoria Az. I am writing to let someone know that I was very upset with the Pharmacy yesterday! I called the pharmacy to find out if my wife’s medications were ready for pick up, naturally I was put on hold. After 15 minutes I got mad, got into my truck and drove to the store, all the while I was still on hold, got to the counter and said to the kid, IS IT CUSTOMARARY TO LEAVE YOUR CUSTOMERS ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES, AND SHOWED HIM MY PHONE TO PROVE IT! His reply was not usually. Not a good answer! I proceeded to wait for my wife’s medication, one of the meds that the doctor ordered for her was Mucinex Dm. As I was waiting I watched the kid walk out from behind the counter walk over to the aisle and pick up the Mucinex off the shelf and go back in to finish getting my wife’s prescriptions. When I went to pay for them I questioned the amount for what I was picking up, when it came to the Mucinex they were charging 32.56, the shelf price was 28.00. They were charging me $4.00 more cause they took it out of the box and put it in a plastic bottle and printed a label? When I asked the pharmacist she said well we don’t know the shelf price we just put it in the computer and it tells her how much to charge. The right thing to do would have been for her to say Sir if you buy it off the shelf you will get it cheaper! Needless to say I wasn’t a happy camper when I left the store! Before I left I did complain to the Manager that was on duty at the time, She assured me that she would leave a message with the Store Manager about what had happened. I thanked her and left. Hopefully this matter gets taken care of, if not I will take my business else where!

  10. cvs at target is terrible my dr faxed a script over to them on monday i called to see if it was ready to be picked up and that is when i found out that i had to come into the store and they would fill it while i wait for a damn hour and a half i was so pissed off i told them that this is a bunch of bull shit excuse the language and walked out of the store 10 min later i got a text telling me my rx was ready to be picked up our new insurance starts in April so i am going to see what other pharmacy i can use target was great until cvs got there

  11. The CVS in Big Bear Lake, CA had become a disappointment. The pharmacy is so busy I transferred my prescriptions to Walgreens and found them to be as bad.

The only good experience I have had at CVS was with Susan, one of their checkers, but things have gotten so out of hand she has had fifteen customers waiting to check out on Saturday, October 4th. She keeps her composure and does not complain.

Your coupons are good for too short of a time and I cannot use them.
