I was greeted when I entered your store with a big smile. Michelle has been well trained in Ann Summers products and continued to expand on her knowledge when I asked help in buying underwear for my daughter. Very patient, nothing was too much trouble. After I had chosen my gifts I was guided to the check out where another lady helped wrap my purchases while we all chatted. I requested extra paper to wrap my gifts separately , which was given readily, although I offered to pay there was no charge. I have shopped at Ann Summers for some time for my daughter, as we both live in Spain, this is only when I come on holiday.
A well worth seventy five pounds spent on a very happy, relaxing environment. Than you. And a big pay on the back for Michelle.
