TopsMarkets.com/Monopoly begins at 12:00:00 a.m. on March 17, 2019, Eastern Daylight Savings Time (EDT) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on June 8, 2019, or sooner if all Game Tickets (as defined below) are distributed before June 8, 2019.
Contestants can enter the promotion with or without purchase and the odds of Winning prizes are based on getting the one Game Ticket containing the rare Game Marker, Online Game Code, Instant Winner message or Coupon.

The no purchase method entry must be handwritten and must be postmarked no sooner than March 17, 2019, and no later than June 8, 2019, and must be received by TOPS no later than June 14, 2019.
