The Sharpie Uncap the Possibilities Instant Win sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older.  A purchase is not required in order to enter.  Employees of Newell Office Brands (i.e. Sponsor) and Prize Logic Inc. (prize administrator) are not allowed to enter.

Contestants can enter with purchase by buying a specially marked Sharpie product to obtain a unique Code printed under the cap (the code can then be entered online at www.uncapthepossibilities.com along with an email address).  Those who would like to enter without purchase can write to: Sharpie Uncap The Possibilities Instant Win Game Code Request, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325… please include a 3 x 5 index card with the contestants first and last name, complete street address (no P.O. Boxes allowed), city, state, ZIP Code, age, and valid e-mail address along with proper postage.  In return the contest administrator will send one code to the contestants email address (no purchase method).
