• The “Tesla Tax Season” Giveaway is open to legal citizens of the United States who are 18 years of age or older
• Sweepstakes.HappyTax.com is sponsored by Happy Tax Franchising, LLC, who are based at 350 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, FL 33139
• The Tesla S prize draw (or $5,000 cash option) will be conducted by American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., Inc., who are based at 300 State St. Suite 402, Rochester, NY 14614

The Happy Tax Sweepstakes promotion started on December 13, 2017 and will end on April 17, 2018.  The grand prize winner will receive a three-year lease on a Tesla S or $5,000 cash (the winner will most likely want to take the cash option unless they really like Tesla cars).
