  • The $250,000 cash prize will be provided by Quicken Loans
  • The winner of the promotion may be required to participate in a promotional video
  • Total ARV of Grand Prize is $1,876,351 if Grand Prize Winner takes the title to the HGTV Dream Home 2018 or $1,033,870 if Grand Prize Winner selects the Cash Option in lieu
  • The Grand Prize Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the ARV of the prize
