Monitronics TCPA Lawsuit
- Class members contend Monitronics International Inc. violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by making phone calls using an automated dialer to consumers on the national Do Not Call Registry
- The settlement is worth $28,000,000 and each class member who files a valid claim should receive between $15 to $25 per claim filed (please note this is only an estimated amount and is subject to change)

Who is a class member?
Class members in the Monitronics TCPA Class Action Lawsuit are defined as anyone in the US who since May 18, 2007, received a telemarketing call from an authorized Monitronics dealer, or a Monitronics dealer’s lead generator or subdealer, on a residential or cell phone using an automated telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice, or two or more calls within a 12-month period to a residential number listed on the national Do Not Call Registry.
