What is needed from the Burger King receipt?
- Burger King restaurant number
- Date of visit

In order to earn the free Whopper, the customer must provide the BK restaurant number and survey code which is located on the front of the Burger King receipt.
Once the BK restaurant number has been provided the customer will be asked a few survey questions in regards to their visit.
The questions will generally center around the quality of the food and the friendliness of the Burger King employees.

Once the customer completes the Burger King survey they will be presented with a validation code.
At first, this code is confusing. Don’t fear the code! Simply write the code down on the BK receipt and use it as a coupon on a future Burger King visit.
