The Blue Diamond Nut-Thin Sweepstakes promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Blue Diamond Growers, Cohen-Friedberg Associates, LLC, and their immediate family members are not allowed to enter.

- The contestant can only pick from the following grocery stores Ahold, Safeway, Kroger or Target
- Approximate retail value of each prize is $500
- The card cannot be traded in for cash
- The odds of winning depend on the number of Eligible Entries received during the Entry Period per Supermarket Chain (i.e. Target, Kroger)
