- Access the Internet
- Navigate to the survey URL www.mygbvisit.com
- Enter the 4 digit store number and answer a few questions
- Claim the reward at the end of the survey
Please note the 4 digit store number will be located next to the survey website address on the Gordon Biersch Restaurant & Brewery receipt. Those who do not have the store number will not be able to take the survey.
The survey should only take 5 minutes and all feedback will be kept confidential.
