- Spend the night at a Marriott Hotel
- Visit www.roomsurvey.com online
- Provide the Room Survey 6 digit access code
- Enter the number next to the servers name
- Provide date of visit
- Answer a variety of customer service questions in regards to the Marriott Hotels & Resorts venue
- Customers will be asked if they used the facilities or ate at the restaurant on the property (if available)
- When you have completed answering the questions, enter the 9 digit member number
- Allow up to 7 weeks for the reward gift to arrive
