The Talize Customer Survey Gift Card Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Talize Thrift Store and their immediate family members are not allowed to enter.
In order to take the survey and enter the promotion please visit www.talize.com/survey and provide the contestants name, email address, gender, age, and Talize location.

Questions the customer will encounter include “On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the most satisfied) How satisfied are you with the quality of product in store?“, “On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the most satisfied), How satisfied are you with the value of your purchase?” and “On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the most satisfied) How satisfied are you with the customer service you received?“.
