In order to take the Tell Two for One survey the customer will have to provide the 6 digit survey code from their receipt and then answer a few questions in regards to their visit. The questions will revolve around the quality of the food, professionalism of the service, and the cleanliness of the pub in questions. All feedback will be held confidential and the customer’s information will be held confidential.

- The final date for receipt of entries for the current month is the last day of the calendar month
- In the Scottish pubs the free meal prize cannot be used to purchase alcohol and all menu items and bookings are subject to availability
- The prize must be used by the date shown on the voucher and you must present the voucher to claim your prize
