In order to enter the TellMurphyUSA survey sweepstakes, you must be 18 years of age or older. Also you must be a legal resident of the U.S.

How to enter?
With purchase: please visit TellMurphyUSA.com and follow the on-screen instructions.
To take the survey online, you are required to provide the TellMurphyUSA survey code and the time of visit.
Without purchase: The most simple and direct way to enter the sweepstakes is by mail. Please write to Murphy USA Customer Service Sweepstakes, PMI Station, PO Box 3516, Southbury, CT 06488-3516.
Furthermore, you must include a 3 x 5 piece of paper with your name, complete address, telephone number, and date of birth.
By phone: Look for the toll-free number on the TellMurphyUSA receipt and call it.
Provide information in regards to your experience at Murphy USA and also provide your telephone number, your age, and the survey code printed on the receipt.
