World Cancer Day Super Survivor Sweepstakes
In order to enter the World Cancer Day Super Survivor Sweepstakes the contestant must provide their email address, name, DOB, phone number, and briefly describe their cancer journey. The promotion will run from 12/1/17 to 12/27/17. No purchase is required in order to enter and the grand prize drawing will take place on or around December 28, 2017.

- Two tickets to the 2018 Super Bowl tickets in Minneapolis, MN PLUS $1,500 spending money
Eligibility
- Must be 18 years of age or older in order to enter and a legal resident of the US
