Include proper postage along with your name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and address on a 3 x 5 index card.

- One lucky winner will receive a 2020 Ford Mustang EcoBoost Fastback with Performance Package
- This auto is valued at $40,000
- The winner will be allowed to pick out the color of the Mustang (i.e. yellow, blue, black)
